1. Scope of Interior Design Services

Ecovision Interior provides premium turnkey residential and commercial interior solutions across Pune and PCMC, including but not limited to:

• Modular Kitchen Design & Precision Factory Manufacturing (Acrylic, PU finish, Ceramic & Laminate).
• Turnkey 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK and Luxury Villa Interiors.
• Living Room TV Entertainment Units, Partition Walls, and False Ceiling Lighting.
• Custom Wardrobe Work (Hinged, Sliding, Walk-in, Tinted Fluted Glass).
• Bed Side Furniture, Storage Solutions, Shoe Racks, and Executive Commercial Offices.

2. Consultations & Free 3D Design Quotes

Initial design consultations conducted at our Bavdhan studio, via teleconference, or during on-site measurement visits are complimentary. All preliminary cost estimates provided through our website calculator or quotation forms represent ballpark figures based on standard specifications and room dimensions. Final binding pricing is determined exclusively after precise laser site measurements, technical structural review, and detailed material selection.

3. 45-Day Handover Guarantee Policy

Our renowned 45-Day Move-in Handover Guarantee is a flagship service commitment subject to the following clear milestones:

• Timeline Commencement: The 45-day execution clock begins on the "Execution Kickoff Date", defined as the date when all three conditions are satisfied: (a) 100% sign-off on 2D/3D working drawings by the client, (b) final material/color selection sign-off, and (c) receipt of the scheduled milestone production payment.
• Site Readiness: The property must have uninterrupted basic utilities (electricity, running water) and unhindered access for our installation technicians.
• Exclusions: Handover timelines exclude builder handover delays, unauthorized client design alterations during active installation, municipal approval delays, society work-hour restrictions (beyond standard hours), and force majeure events.

4. Warranty Terms & Conditions

Ecovision Interior guarantees genuine grade materials with manufacturer-backed warranties:

• Structural Plywood: Up to 10-year warranty against borer, termite, and delamination on BWP (Boiling Water Proof) marine-grade ply as per brand certification.
• Hardware & Fittings: Lifetime functional warranty on hardware mechanisms (Blum, Hettich, Hafele soft-close hinges, channels, and lift-up systems) as provided directly by the OEM manufacturers.
• Service Warranty: 1-year complimentary post-installation service and maintenance for any minor alignment or hinge adjustments.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover accidental physical impact, flooding/water seepage from plumbing leaks outside our scope, unauthorized third-party modifications, or normal cosmetic wear and tear.

5. Quotation Validity & Payment Schedules

All formal written project quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance due to fluctuating raw material prices (plywood, acrylics, hardware). Project execution follows a transparent milestone-based payment schedule mutually agreed upon and specified in the signed Master Project Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property & 3D Designs

All architectural plans, 3D photorealistic renderings, mood boards, drawings, and proprietary furniture layouts developed by Ecovision Interior remain our exclusive intellectual property. They may not be reproduced, copied, or handed over to external contractors without prior written consent and formal contract settlement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ecovision Interior shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost rental income or temporary lodging costs, arising from force majeure events, natural disasters, state-wide transport strikes, or civil building restrictions.

8. Governing Law & Pune Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any project agreements entered into with Ecovision Interior shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
